Orders and Shipping
We dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Standard shipping is sent via a 48-hour tracked postal service, so you can expect delivery within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Need it faster? We also offer a 24-hour tracked delivery service at an additional cost — simply select this option at checkout.
Creating an account is easy! Just click on the account icon at the top of the page and follow the prompts to sign up. Having an account lets you track orders, manage your details, and speed up future checkouts.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Us page. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it ships.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text message. This will allow you to monitor your delivery in real time.

We don’t currently offer pre-orders, but new stock is added regularly. If you’re eager to get your hands on a sold-out item, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to help or let you know when it’s coming back!
